Yes. Parents have a designated area near the pool where they can sit and watch the lesson.
My child is on the Autism spectrum. Can he attend a swimming lesson?
Yes. Our teachers are fully trained in working with children with special needs and can provide
a custom designed 1:1 lesson accommodating your child's needs and abilities.
Top tips for smooth lessons:
-
Children should be at the poolside ready 5 minutes before the start of the lesson
-
A swimming costume, trunks or shorts above the knee should be worn
-
Children with long hair must have it tied back, and a swim hat is recommended
-
Goggles can be worn but may need to be removed for some skills
-
Do not wear your outdoors shoes at the poolside. Either bring flipflops or use the plastic shoes protectors supplied at the pool entrance.
