Top tips for smooth lessons:

Children should be at the poolside ready 5 minutes before the start of the lesson

All swimmers must arrive on site already wearing their swim costumes

A swimming costume, trunks or shorts above the knee should be worn

Children with long hair must have it tied back, and a swim hat is mandatory

Goggles can be worn but may need to be removed for some skills

Do not wear your outdoors shoes at the poolside. Either bring flipflops or use the plastic shoes protectors
